    • These Terms apply to all purchases made through www.jerseyge.com or other official Jersey GE sales channels.

    • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.

    2. 2. Products

    • We offer a range of ready-made and customized sports jerseys.

    • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colors, cuts, or sizing may differ slightly due to manufacturing or screen display.

    • Customized jerseys are created based on customer input. Please review all details carefully before confirming your order.

    3. 3. Pricing and Currency

    • All prices are listed in Georgian Lari (₾ / GEL).

    • Prices include applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise.

    • We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice.

    4. 4. Payment Methods

    We accept the following payment options:

    • Bank Transfer

    • Cash (upon delivery or pickup)

    5. Instructions for bank transfers will be provided at checkout or via email. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

    5. Shipping and Delivery

    • We ship all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

    • Deliveries are made within Tbilisi and other locations in Georgia via our local courier partner or designated service.

    • Delivery charges may apply and will be confirmed during the ordering process.

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information or unforeseen courier issues.

    6. 6. Returns and Exchanges

    ✅ Returns (Faulty Items Only)

    • Returns are accepted only for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

    • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible.

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.

    7. 🔁 Exchanges (Non-Custom Items)

    • Non-customized jerseys can be exchanged for a different size or design within 3 days of delivery.

    • Exchanges are subject to availability.

    • The customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the error was on our side.

    8. ❌ Customized Products

    • Customized jerseys (e.g., with player name, number, or custom logos) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless defective or incorrect due to our mistake.

    • Please double-check all customization details before finalizing your order.

    9. 7. Order Cancellations

    • Non-custom orders may be canceled before shipping.

    • Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

    10. 8. Intellectual Property

    • All designs, logos, images, and content on the Jersey GE website are the property of Jersey GE.

    • You may not copy, modify, or use any content without written permission.

    11. 9. Limitation of Liability

    • Jersey GE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services.

    • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

    12. 10. Governing Law

    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia.

    • Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
